help me Indian Passport Extension In Us

Did anyone recently applied for extension of passport in US??

If so can u please help me what are all the documents required.

Do we need to fill the Nationality verification form and BLS order form (which includes airway bill no. and MO/cheque details) if we are sending through mail. Please help

BLS indian passport ani google lo kottu...anni instrcutions vastayi...they have check list for what all docs are required. 

 

Yes NV form and BLS forms are compulsory and purchase the BLS postal packagae for around $31 (2 way) which is good. You can only apply if your passport is expiring in the next 1 year. Usually takes 2-3 weeks. Konni documents notarize chepinchali.. UPS will do notarization for $10 for each document.

Regarding postal airway bill no and for return delivery ki just call BLS and they will take care for $30 ( sending and return delivery together). Then enter that airway bill/ transaction number details in BLS order form.

3 months valid untadi notary. Place change ayithe address proof untadi kada so malli elago notarize cheyinchali, so migatha docs kooda malli cheyinchesey notarize along address proof
