minimum is 540....adi kuda 2 Bed, 1 1/2 bath condo apt ki....

 

4 bed kavali ante...900K minimum listing adi bhi old construction... 2 yrs back same house 725 ki konnad inko friend...

 

e rents katte badalu....avi teskovadam better emo anukuntunna...atleast over the period of time appriciate avutadi price..

 

problem is with the Down payment/ Qualification/closing stuff.....

1) Mana pay ki at max $407k loan istharu... for normal APR.... if >$407 antey jumbo loan antaru..daniki oka 0.125% or 0.25% APR ekkuva untundi.. 

 

2) inka thumb rule enti ante,,, total EMI should be Less than 40% of you monthly income. oka vela neeku CC appulu, car loan etc unnai antey. vati EMIs entha authundi anedi chusi....adi 40% lo substract chesi...antha EMI ki projected loan istha antadu.... :( (for normal loan). For jumbo loan its a sep disco

 

3) For 900k house - 20% down ($180k) + Closing cost ($10kto $20k) + repairs(old house aitey) + appliances,basic necessities (new house aithey) etc
