See my Advocate email below: Good question- you can actually file an extension with a change in conditions which is essentially an extension and amendment request. This will allow you to change the job site and request 3 years. Just so you know, the other way of filing an extension is an extension with no change in conditions Agreed. I did extension with amendment.
