artham chesko brother. This report is the best thing, it clearly shows where govts are lagging. Whether AP is now number 2, doesn't matter.

 

Just accept KCR didn't have much clue on which is the best industrial policy, because his iPass fetched TG only 40% or so.

 

He can now make it better. This is like an open book competition among states, where questions are given beforehand.

 

It's only a matter of time when everyone scores 90%. and that is a good direction for India to take.
