Nenu ottawa lo book chesa .. can i change this to hyderabad now? or do i need to start process again like DS160 and appointment?

 

and one more thing is OTTAWA lo oct 19th ki undi kani nenu india lo nov 1st ki pakka undali, so chance teesukovadam enduku ani .. direct india lo book cheddam anukuntunna .. and nenu CPT meeda unna as of now.. OCT 1st nunchi H1 start . So please provide any suggestions.
