The moment the news of Chiranjeevi meeting Sonia Gandhi released, the political mills started doing overtime in pouring out various rumours. Some are saying that this situation proved that there are no permanent alliances or enemies in politics. This was confirmed even by Chiru when he said ” We never opposed the socialistic policies of Congress. We are only agianst the corrupt politics” with the press when he came out from Sonia’s residence after meeting her for a duration of ten minutes.
He was given red carpet welcome at Janpath. The call gave rise to the hopes that Chiranjeevi may propose to get Congress support for their candidate for Rajya Sabha polls. But the PRP president also said that he is making this visit with an open mind. After coming out, Chiranjeevi explained that he was asked to withdraw from Rajya Sabha polls and support Congress in the polls, for which he replied that he would convey it three days later after consulting the party members.

ledhu mama..jaggu gadu party lo konasagite, PRP merge avvadu congress lo ki..because, anti-incumbency vote ni cheelchedi PRP..so adi congress ki benefit..and i will not be surprised, if they dont even go for an alliance..PRP ni oka blocking force ga vaadkuntaaru TDP ki against ga..that will favor the congress..
Kani jagan party pedithe, scene reverse avthundi..PRP merge ayye paristiti vastundi or at least alliance pettkuntaru..idhi na feeling..
