As per the latest reports, Akshay Kumar donated a whopping amount of 90 lakhs to the drought hit farmers of Maharashtra. A source close to the ‘Baby’ actor said that 30 farmers from each district will get 50,000 for the next six months. Akshay’s efforts to help the farmers are really commendable and kudos for his contribution towards social welfare activities. On the work front, Akshay is busy promoting his forthcoming film ‘Singh Is Bliing’ which is slated to hit the screens on October 2nd, 2015.
