H1B Denied --- Filing Mtr

Hi guys,

very sad news today.

my H1b rejected based on specialty occupation and studies.

 

My attorney didn't respond to RFE properly correlating my studies and job.

my bachelor degree is directly related to my job and same background was successful earlier many times to others for same position.

 

My attorney is so confident that the USCIS guy probably mistook and applying MTR with strong evidences.

 

Will you please let me know the success stories of MTR and time it took and anyother suggestions.

did u check with attor, MTR file chestee  Result vachhhentha varaku nuvvu work cheyochaa, ani?  I think MTR ki Kottha evidence pettu, paatha RFE ki pettinivi kakundaa, They expect some thing which they don't know other wise chances are slim
