I did two changes in my food. 1) brekfast : started eating fruits with honey bunch of oats 2) replace brown rice with white rice in lunch. 3) Dinner as usual ga white rice with curry, sambar, curd. 4) walking daily 2 miles. conclusion... mana telugu vantalu tintune weight taggavachu by replacing white rice with brown rice. malla weekends biryani ,beer common...

ikkada point enti ante mana food tini kuda taggavachu ani.

chala mandi aa diet ee diet ani start chesi manestaru . salads gonthu digaka middle drop avutaru.

it is not about weight re. body fat percentaage matters . i'm almost acheiving my target.
