Ala ayitey nenu 3 months loo 20 pounds tagga...with gym 4 days in a week and eating healthy..already able to see 4 packs..trying for remainig 2 packs..to make it 6 pack

I did two changes in my food. 1) brekfast : started eating fruits with honey bunch of oats 2) replace brown rice with white rice in lunch. 3) Dinner as usual ga white rice with curry, sambar, curd. 4) walking daily 2 miles. conclusion... mana telugu vantalu tintune weight taggavachu by replacing white rice with brown rice. malla weekends biryani ,beer common...
