raj_hyd Posted September 17, 2015 Report Posted September 17, 2015 I did two changes in my food. 1) brekfast : started eating fruits with honey bunch of oats 2) replace brown rice with white rice in lunch. 3) Dinner as usual ga white rice with curry, sambar, curd. 4) walking daily 2 miles. conclusion... mana telugu vantalu tintune weight taggavachu by replacing white rice with brown rice. malla weekends biryani ,beer common... urgent ga ivi maneyyali..already sannaga unta..malli ivi thini inka sannaga itey..I cant take it..
