brother, based on my experience telling you..until yiu get gc never join FT in any companies because eppudu lay off chestharo telidu taravtha nana sankalu nakai..my gf was fte with big company for 4 years..visa ee month end expring and extesnion filed 3 months ago but no reply et so now she got laid off so nana tanatalu paduthunna..because i-94 visa rendu month end expire..ee 2 weeks time lo project dorakaali and h1 transfer kooda avvali otherwise she has to go back to india..masters option kooda ledu..but ade contarct desi ga aithey he will save ur ass even if ur job less for sometime..so gc vachevaraku no fte job..
