But what If I want to stay with current company?? I mean current company na offer letter lo pay match chesthanu ante ikade undhamani anukuntunna. nenu ikkade unte na I140 help avudhi for applying H4 ead for my wife. ilaanti situation lo, assuming that H1 transfer is already done with new employer, Can I still withdraw the offer and let him know that I cannot join due to circumstances and revoke my transfered petition?? ela move forward aithe better?? plz koncham suggestions post cheyyandi guys..
