Thu naa moham meeda kaaki retta eyya...6 months nundi gym veluthunna kaani 30 mins lo 2.5 miles kante ekkuva parugetta leka potunna...pakkanna chinku gaadu 4 miles running with out any trouble.....naaku inka enni rojulo paduthundo aa chinku gaadini andu kovataaniki.....

Thanks for the suggestion, I will give a try..its not that I am comparing with anyone but I wanted to make sure I am getting better at running and increasing the stamina

Nenu laavu lenu bhayya n also I weigh 140 lbs which is correct for my height....but potta maatram unvdhi round gaaaa
