Workers laid a road over a man, who had fallen into a ditch and lay there unconscious, at Katni, in Madhya Pradesh. They filled the ditch with concrete and flattened the area, without noticing the man. Pedestrians, who noticed the arms of the man sticking out, informed the police. The body was dug up and sent for post mortem. The workers were arrested and the family of the victim was compensated.
