Naku every month employer perdium isthunnadu from last 2-3 years
State wise limit untundhi ... If your perdium is in that limit you are fine

same my friend was in same boat for 3yrs during first h1 but during random uscis visit after second h1 ext.(almost in 5th yr), they asked all the receipts for per diem and he had no answer. they rejected his h1 for illegal activities under h1. He filed mtr but no use.

how can you run payroll in one state and pay tax to some other state? you will face issues bhai, correct it ASAP
