great fact not thought... one of my friend reports lost phone every 6 months (max limit in insurance 2/year).. sends that to india..

now if apt lease office receipionist charges 20 dollar for trash removal he will fight for 1 or 2hours with them to remove that charge.. them calls them scammers frauds dumb incompetent..

if att signal is weak in some areas he will call the cust rep and argue to give him credit because he missed some imp calls..

see the hypocrisy..
