Maa frd chala tough situation lo unnadu......maa frd ki passport meeda h1 stamp sep 30th ki expire avutundi.....at present athanu india velladu for his marraige......he is returning on sep 27th......athani h1 extension inka processing lo undi......he got an rfe and rfe ki reply icharu valla attorney....thana h1 extensions inka pending lo undi......valla attorney cheppadu anta, before sep 30th thanu return ravachu, as he as his h1 extension in pending ani.......okavela india lo undanga h1 approve, athanu stamping ki veldamu aukunnadu......but chances are very slim and time ledhu for stamping..........endukante rfe reply ichaka, athani premuim processing lo only 7 days ayyayi, anthe......so ippudu athanu 27th vaddamu as per the his flight ani plan and h1 ext is still in pending....poe lo emina issues avuthaya.....i94 emuntadi athaniki.....evarina similar situation face chesi unte cheppandi

Anything less than 90 days is risky at POE[ No Hard & Fast rule..Might be LUCKY too]..sollu questions and stuff for sure..

 

I was in the same situation - RFE time lo traveled to India.

Was with a reputed company so took the risk..kani got my approval/stamping done before I traveled.

 

Existing 797 will be expiring so I94 lo they have to give end date as per valid 797..just 3 DAYs kada so pucca lolli untadi...

3 days visa petukoni enter avtada?? Doesn't matter if u have pending case .. U should have visa man atleast a month.. Hyd lo visa easy ga istunaru ani db lo talk.. Don't worry ani Chepu me vaadiki.
