andaru stamping ki vellali annaru.....nenu adhe cheppanu, but athanu stamping ki enduku, expiry ki 3 days yeah unna, naa daggara h1 ext petition pending lo undi....case pending lo unnanta kalam emi kadhu, i can re-enter annadu......but ippudu vadiki bayam start ayyindi....

Unless Petition is approved POE will not consider the pending case..Incase if he was in US then pending Petition tho 240 day rule edo undi to extend the stay..

 

Once ur outside then u need proper 797 approval to showcase ur eligibility to extend I-94.

Kani I was stuck in India for 2 months to get the approavl + Stamping..Once done royal gaa enter iyaa...

 

Employer good and all documents istadu antay u can take the risk..if not US lo wait till we get the approval..

Maa frd chala tough situation lo unnadu......maa frd ki passport meeda h1 stamp sep 30th ki expire avutundi.....at present athanu india velladu for his marraige......he is returning on sep 27th......athani h1 extension inka processing lo undi......he got an rfe and rfe ki reply icharu valla attorney....thana h1 extensions inka pending lo undi......valla attorney cheppadu anta, before sep 30th thanu return ravachu, as he as his h1 extension in pending ani.......okavela india lo undanga h1 approve, athanu stamping ki veldamu aukunnadu......but chances are very slim and time ledhu for stamping..........endukante rfe reply ichaka, athani premuim processing lo only 7 days ayyayi, anthe......so ippudu athanu 27th vaddamu as per the his flight ani plan and h1 ext is still in pending....poe lo emina issues avuthaya.....i94 emuntadi athaniki.....evarina similar situation face chesi unte cheppandi
