Help Needed.....on Tax

I filed my tax on April 3 2015.
They send me one letter on May ( submit form 6251) and I gave the response. I received one more letter on June and they told we need 45 days to verify your case.
And today again I recieved one more letter matter Enti ante they need again 45 days more for incentive research.

My question is can I cancel my case or I need to wait 45 days more.
This will effect on my h1 or green card.
