prob em undadu bro as far as I know...GC antay future employment kosam chestunnattu so neeku GC vachaaka min pay inta nee emp pay chestadu ani.

Yes you can coolly based on ur employer doesnt revoke the previous one ...if he doesnt revoke you will be having same PDate with new employer..

 

But one think u cant directy file I140...U have to start from Paper, Labour and the I-140...So it takes time...now a days..
