last year unda Insurance? first year ki 1% and second year ki 2% penalties padatayi depending on your salary if you exceed state min.wage per year req.

If you didn't declare about this while filing tax returns this year you got lucky but next year you might be lucky so be prepared for that.

 

Coming to your questions I think you have to have primary insurance so that "Qualifying Life Event" can be used for your wife but I am not sure so check with some other people.

dabullu vunte save chesuko in case of emergency  ... until you get insurance for next year.

 

have complete checkup for your spouse and get good amount of medicines. in case of emergency try to get to hospital else rely on medicines..

 

i don't think you can take dependent insurance unless there is a primary insurance for you. next year ki fine katadaniki fix iyepo ... based on both of your health conditions try to get the optimal insurance ....

niku vache tax returns minus 2% penalty untadi if they fine you.. you can add your wife as dependent and file taxes so that you can pay less if they penalize you but I hope you will get away with it this time also.. better learn from this experience and take cheap insurance for you both once they start open enrollment ( next month they will start enrolling for 2016 so get quotes and enroll with cheapest insurance )

yes that is the way you got away last time and you can try again but if you get audited than they will penalize you and also it will be troble with IRS everytime if you are in their books
