next big thing enti ante, he has plans to line up proposals to build star hotels and resorts in the vicinity. Already he got a word from bg firms like Reliance, TATA and ITC.

 

The land acquiton is under full swing for forest/park development, so far they got close 1000 acres. Also one of the major lake is being transferred in to a major resvouir and being linked to devadula project for sourcing water
