Aus only recently instituted an investment visa. $5m investment or something. That country is not worth that much.

 

canada will discontinue its investment visa, which it has put on hold for more than a couple of years now. 

 

the investment visa is a useless way to get high quality immigrants. Canadian authorities believe that it only encourages rich unproductive people into the country, where already the rich are unproductive. :D

 

ofcourse, both Aus/Canada cannot explicitly say 'No Chinese'. They are not that brazen. Asian countries all say, 'No Chinese'.
