Currently I am on my first h1b ( validity till 9/11 2016) and I am curently working on EVC model ( as a contractor to the client, with a Preferred vendor in between). The client has offered me a full time position and the H1b transfer is filed in premium and I have received the receipt number. The documents I sent are the last 3 paystubs, W2s, and previous petitions and approval notices of H1. The dates of the last three pay stubs I sent are as follows received date pay period 7/9/2015 4/16 to 4/30 8/10/2015 6/16 to 7/15 9/8/2015 7/16 to 8/15 the highlighted in red part above indicates that there is a gap in may as I was on a vacation. The question is ( ofcourse it is too soon to be thinking about these but wanted to know) 1. What are my chances of getting an RFE? 2. If I get an RFE , is the letter from the employer stating that they approvrf my unpaid vacation is enough to clear the RFE? 3. If I dont get an RFE but get H1b approved without i-94, what is the time line for me to re-enter usa for a new i-94? Your help in this is highly appreciated.

electionszindabad Posted September 25, 2015 Author Report Posted September 25, 2015 Guys I know we are excited about weekend and definitely highly excited about the idea of going to a strip club.. :P But I am slightly confused and anxious as client gave me a start date which is in one week. So ee one week lo kanuka naku decision vaste fine. oka vela RFE padithe kanaka konchem risk.. ee lopu ma current employer will revoke my h1b .. so as our legend "loser" said.. i probably will wait till the approval notice.. Any other thoughts..

Your help in this is highly appreciated. no u wont get any RFE in this particular regard... W2 lo neeku vachina pay matches or more with what is stated in ur H1 filing... then u wont have any issues. If u get RFE... the reply depends on the RFE... malli re enter enti ?? i did not get ur ques .
