So ee one week lo kanuka naku decision vaste fine. oka vela RFE padithe kanaka konchem risk.. ee lopu ma current employer will revoke my h1b .. so as our legend "loser" said.. i probably will wait till the approval notice.. Any other thoughts.. Waiting till you get approval notice is the best option. You Should be bold enough to convey this before accepting offer.

electionszindabad Posted September 25, 2015 Author Report Posted September 25, 2015 I have requested the client to postpone my start date indefinitely until I get the approval notice from USCIS and the client is 1000000% on board with that and told me to do whatever makes me feel comfortable and more focused on the job and leave all the hassles of documentation to the HR. So there is that. I have waited 3 years working as a contractor I can wait one more month if thats what it takes... :) thanks all for your valuable inputs.
