What is better to do now ? extension or H1B amendement apply chesinappudu India travel enta varaku safe ??
electionszindabad Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 nadi kuda same case... kani nenu recently h1 transfer ki apply chesa... amendment gurinchi evo kotha rules vachayi.. check that.... talk to you lawyer or employer and find out whether it is advisable to apply for ammendment and transfer at the same time,,, extension can be applioed 6 months before expiration. in our case in april.. find out whether we can do that before april 2015 ? again these questions need to be clairied IN DETAIL with your employer and/or lawyer,,, they are your best guide..

But maa lawyer ni adigite ala cheyyalemu ani cheppindi cuz they dont want to take a risk.. so check with your lawyer.
