Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has stirred a controversy by saying that Jawaharlal Nehru University students and teachers are Maoists. He also said that Subash Chandra Bose was far more educated than first Prime Minister of the country Jawaharlal Nehru.Subramanian Swamy asked the government to deploy BSF (Border Security Personnel) on the university campus. Rumours were agog that Subramanian Swamy would be appointed as Vice-Chancellor of the university.
