White rice manay...replace with brownrice quinoa ..eat 4 slices of grilled chiken with olive oil daily ..eat spinach in the mrg with eggs..replace dinner with veggies n quinoa..try yoga daily for 30min...running cheyu...after u feel its getting better try for abs dn directly do abs if u have heavy belly..running best solution

try chesanu bhayya... aakulu avi vi..but 1 week ki minchi continue seyaleka poya... kasta masala padite kaani body sahakarinchadu :)

complete different kakapoina mana diet ki deggarlo emana suggestions pls... 

 

 

try this for a month and see the results ( no cheat days )

 

Breakfast :  1 scoop whey powder + nuts+fruits  ( blender lo vesi thaaagu)

 before lunch 30 min , green tea thaaaagu

lunch kummmayeee any indian food

 

if madhyalo aakaliathe egg whites thinu anthe....

 

gym ki mundhuu 1 scoop whey protein

 

cardio 30 min  pakka

weights 45 min  pakka

 

dinnner ( 1 scoop whey powder + nuts+fruits  ( blender lo vesi thaaagu))
