Boxing program lo join avvu.

Lift weights, hit a punching bag for 20 mins a day.

Intermittent fasting follow cheyyi, eat within an 8 hour window and fast for 16 hours.

Drink green tea with a full lime squeezed in it and 2 spoonfuls of Apple Cider Vinegar(Bragg's).

Do jump rope skipping instead of treadmill

yes..not six pack but flat abs... six pack is hard to maintain.. needs more intense weight lifting.. 

 

flat abs is easy to maintain.. with less rigorous weight lifting and indulging in more delicious food..
