add 40mins to 1 hr work out atleast 4 times a week... else enta chesina kastam..

ee vishayam kuda mention cheyyali kada...... chasss. annavasram ga 1- 1 1/2 yr wasted

I have 3 pack flat tummy, 5 days gym. 30mins cardio and 45 - 1hr workout, sat'day run outside for 4-5miles

Breakfast :

Black Coffee + egg omlet ( 3 white + 1 yellow) with salt & pepper + 2 slices wheat bread

Black Coffee + milk  with {oats+ProteinCereals+handfull of almonds,flax seeds,walnuts,raisins+1banana+4-5 starberry}

Black Coffee + 2 slices wheat bread with cheese and chicken or turkeys slices

Black Coffee + egg and dosas

11:00 ki banana thinta +  green tea

lunch:

rice and protein content(chiptole, mobydick)

lunch to evng (5:00PM) lo 2 green tea and 1 apple.

6:00 - 7:00 some snack before gym

dinner -- greens with protein(chicken,fish,etc..)
