I have a question related to DS 160 from for H4 Question

 

I have my H1B amendment under processing and I am filling DS160 for my would-be. Now I have 2 petition numbers

• My Actual H1b petition number
• My H1 amendment petition number (under processing)

My question is which petition number I have to use in "Principal Application Information" in my H4's DS forms.

Its change of location. Client is same.

 

What if its client change one of friend is in that situation
