Actual plan adhe kadha..konni initiative theesukunnaaru..like Dwcra women taking the reponsbility of sand mining. These women are not very powerful, and local politicans (every party) interference ekkuva...and aa works lo corruption nadusthundhi. CBN should take note of those and take action.

But disappointed to see the people praising CBN for this because its not brain child of CBN nor did he support it in 1999-2004.
