Case file ayindi kabatti , rental car will know who is the driver involved in this case. It might be difficult to convince enterprise guys and it may bounce back as cheating case.

Doesnt look like an easy case rental vadu claim analyst tho oka conversation pettisthadu and they have 3rd party people who look after the facts like reports each and every minute detail you mention will be taken into account

andhuke ga ma friend gudhadu ani chebuthunam ( who rented the car ) and not giving the accident report to them . police raledu ani saying

What the fuck you are doing man,
Why do u have to tell a lie when you have clearly done the mistake.
Police came and gave you a ticket police was involved how come you say police is not involved in this incident. If they get to know the reality they might have a chance to sue you.
So if you tell your frnds name, and is he ready to accept the consequences of having a accident in his record for the next 3 years

how can he apply when he is not authorized to drive ?

If you have full coverage I think it will apply to the rental car you are driving

as of now, taking quote from local auto works. will go to enterprise.

 

ma friend sick and he is sitting beside.

ma dosth gadu itlane camaro rental vehicle accident chesadu foot path drain hole ki unna iron plate ki kottadu snow time lo skid ayyi,vehicle was severly damaged,left the scene in other car and called rental guy.rental guy sent 30k bill to him,he ignored it and went to collections,there was some negotitation  happened to and fro(said i'm student something blah blah)   and he said he settled around 2k-3k  finally.

his credit history didn't affected at that time but not sure right now.

p.s he was blocked from the rental compny and it's sister rental company of renting vehicles with them.
