ma dosth gadu itlane camaro rental vehicle accident chesadu foot path drain hole ki unna iron plate ki kottadu snow time lo skid ayyi,vehicle was severly damaged,left the scene in other car and called rental guy.rental guy sent 30k bill to him,he ignored it and went to collections,there was some negotitation  happened to and fro(said i'm student something blah blah)   and he said he settled around 2k-3k  finally.

his credit history didn't affected at that time but not sure right now.

p.s he was blocked from the rental compny and it's sister rental company of renting vehicles with them.

Full coverage vunna gani he is not authorized to drive...hence coverage will be nullified

 

friend car thiskunte = if his car insurance don't cover na insurance will cover

 

rental car for vacation = it will cover under extra covergae

same situation 4 years back...police report thesko...me friend gadu manchodu ayithay collision damage ki vadu naku health bagaledhu ani ma friend ki echanu vadu drive chesthunadu ani cheppali...but in my case other party fault so i filed a inquiry through my insurance company to claim money from my opponent insurance police report came and said her fault so they gave money to me.

 

actually entah money avuthundhi anukuntunavu.... with out insurnace ayitahy 1500 lopu avuthundhi....

me: i thought of shifting to right lane and went litttle in to the lane. right lane lo andaru suddenly braked  so i came back to my lane. and then back guy bumped in to me

 

rental guy: did u filed report?

me: nakem cheyalo telidu , i was in shock.

Now how to go talk when we go and return the car. paina adigina questions ki inkastha better answers and police complaint cheyandi ipudu ante , cheyakunda ela undali ( how to argue that we cant file complaint )

Insurance fraud is very serious crime.. rental company will get the police report.. all lies will be exposed.

 

You and your friend are frauding the rental company, insurance company by saying your friend drove the car when it is you.. it can be easily verified by getting police report.. in police report you name will be there.. 

 

it is not a big deal.. you should have told the truth.. 

 

If this is true story, you should hire a criminal/accident attorney as soon as possible..

Now you are illegally driving the car, so court lo case ki pothe you will be found guilty. First evidence, you are not on the contract. Second, manam ganaka arguments ki pother your demeanor might say that you did the accident.

Mostly rental car people will leave case to outside parties to investigate who will have access to police record...they are public.

do u have own car and insurance? if you have ur insurance then it might cover that.. 

 

if you have liability then it will cover other persons expenses..
