Daniki marketing kooda kalavali, internet cheap marketing solve chesindi, price point determination ye kashtam agreed... kani competition kuda chudali kada... manam iche products Walmart or anyother retail giant lower price ki ammina or same price ki ammina loyalty and trust valla mana daggara konatam kashtam... avasaram unna, lekunna, theliyakapoyona kontaru agreed . kakapothe there are thousands of people with similar ideas in USA.. I was in Austin for over a year and the famous quote I hear is " for every idea in Austin, there are 8 similar ideas in Boston , 25 similar ideas in Bay area" so cheap marketing is good but not sufficient alone...competitive advantage, differentiation ivanni kuda correct ga chupinchagalagi.. Consumer products industry is a huge market but major share of the pie is already being occupied my giants such as Walmart... So niche market try cheyyali,.,.. ante chose few specialty products in the beginning... competition takkuva ga vundevi rpefer chesukovali... step into the industry first... then slowly expand chesukovali... My point is extensive research chesukovali in a highly competitive ( with many players) saturated market..
