Check in his twitter account.. Time extended to today evening 5 pm for government.. Hearing pushed to Monday..looks like tro not easy in this case..ekkuva hopes vaadu..per other forums tro standards are very high..irreparable harm for plaintiffs..may be judge didn't felt irreparable harm..hopefully they may consider and correct in November bulletin..every body knows tro will be granted for this suit only if district court judge is not conservative..Greg did his best in short time rest is luck..win or loose he will be remembered for his efforts..

As far i heard ..Negotiations are on between Attorneys & Gov...Will get a positive outcome by end of this week. Today we should hear  some news by cyrious Mehta , Greg Sisking & Immi lawyers. EVeryone are silent since morning which is good. Either they are busy with negotiations or working hard o nthe case. My feeling is we will win this case as the response to the law suit from the goverment is very weak

• The government cites several grounds and it appears that key apepars to focus on allged failure to prove "irreparable harm" which is the most essential element for TRO and injunction relief. Proof of irreparable harm is considered a weak point in the present case.
