Now I got my passport renewed. But i94 old date vundhi. Na visa Inka 1 year vundhi...but i94 2 months back expire ayyindhi

Some 180 days emo accumulate aithe u will be probed into 2-3 yr of probation
Plan a visit to mexico or canada n get ur i94 extended as soon as u can

Guys, i94 issue ochedi evariki ante mostly, if the tenure in i797 is greater than ur passport expiry u will face the issue, like i797 lo i94 validity till sep 2016 undi, say, if ur passport is expiring by jan 2016, and u went to india and came back with old passport, then poe lo i94 will be issued only till validity of ur passport

If u dont go out of country, then no issues
Discrepancy ochedi only in the above mentioned case or
If u have changed employer n at poe if u show old employer i797 instead of new employer, even then u will face same issue

Idi just 2 days gap undi i797 date ki, recent ga pp kooda renew cheyincha usa lo, ippudu nenu h1 extension kooda cheyistha if everything goes well i will get h1 extension by may or june, so extension i797 tho pati i94 istaru kada, does that i94 automatically override the current one? Or should i cross us n re enter still?

Ya h1 next year varaku vundhi...but passport expired 2 months ago. So i94 kuda expired as it was issued as per passport expiry date. Now they updated it to next year as per visa date

yes.. u r fine. just get your new pp and carry along with old pp whenver you travel or need indian id proof.
