Andhra Pradesh government is likely to make West Godavari district a hub for industries and employment.The state government is planning to set up industries keeping in mind the huge forest resources in the district. So far government officers have made survey of 16,000 acres of land and it has sent a report to the Centre requesting to denotify it. As the farmers of both Godavari districts have been producing their cultivation with the available Godavari river, so question of land seizure is reportedly taking a back seat. This has made state government to focus on the forest land
