March 2015 lo job poindi and due to some family issues, H4 ki change avvalani decide ayyi COS apply chesindi. Online status inka case recieved ani chupistundi and COS approx gaa 1 year padtundi ani online lo chaala post lu vesaru. Ippudu India travel planning december lo. VISA itey Oct 2016 varaku valid undi kaani ippudu direct gaa india velli venakki ravacha without going to stamping ? COS apply chesindi kabatti as of now she is on receipt but does anyone know if she has to go for stamping again even with a valid stamp? Experts please help. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest you take attorney appointment either face to face or Phone to get the correct answer. Don't believe 100% on online forum posts .. It is case by case basis.. Okadi sudi taguludi.. okadki paguludi.. so Please take immigration attorney help..

nalini769 Posted October 2, 2015 Report Posted October 2, 2015 +1 Every move of ours will be in the records, until she get h4 approved and go for stamping on the basis of it she would not be able to enter in states. As suggested above make an appointment with attorney and proceed accordingly.

megadheera Posted October 2, 2015 Report Posted October 2, 2015 She cannot.. To come into US she would need Approved H4. If she has H4 valid stamp, she can go out of country and come back on H4 valid stamp and at port of entry it will automatically convert to H4. This is the fastest way of converting h1 to h4. I know this is for sure because i got this from my attorney. But only concern here with TS is he already applied COS and it is pending. So better talk with attorney
