H4-Ead Apply Chesina Vallu -Please Advise/help

No man , Na H1b EXTENSION AYYINDI BUT IPPUDU I WANT TO APPLY H4- ead INSTEAD OF EXTENDING H4 

 

H4-EAD..instead of extension endi....ne H1 to paatu H4 kuda renew avutundi kada....apply cheyaleda...

 

 

if not..then u have to get H4 extension first..and then apply for EAD..

H4 EAD is not status. It is an incentive to H4 status. You should file both h4 extension (I-539) and EAD (I-765).

December lo H4 expire avutunte....dont apply for EAD....adi radanike 3-4months padtundi.....better renew ur H4 and apply..

 

Application ki vaste...neeku 140 approved kada....dani copy unte...adi pettu..no need of filing the 539 form.

 

incase me employer neeku 140 approval notice ivvaledu ante..number aina kanukko...a number fill cheyi..and ask him a letter that he will not give the approval notice...

 

 

this will work...

 

but again as i said..ippudu apply chesi waste..wait for renewal...and then apply

So ippudu H4 extension apply chesina anuko..lets say it took more than 3 months to get approved..the time between after DECEMBER and till i get H4 approval..will be considered in valid status kada , same like H1 B --manam apply chestam ...manadi old h1 expire ayi untadi but extension apply chesi untam kabatti about 180 days it will cover status as the decision is pending.. So same case ikkkada apply avutda?/

 

Alage H4 EAD ki kuda oka vela after december approval vachina...that buffer period will be status kada? 

I am not sure so asking.

 

I do not mind applying H4 extension first and H4 EAD later. but I am just trying to understand.

ye visa aina expiry ki mundu..if u have applied for extension...then u r in status until the decision is pending or 180/60 days..which ever comes first..

Basically you are saying,

H4 EAD duration is based on H4 expiry date, so lets say in my case H4 is till Dec  so H4 EAD okavela time ki vachina it will be till Dec only . 

 

So H4 extension apply chesi - tarvata..H4 EAD apply cheste..H4 EAD will be till the new H4 extension expiry date.

 

So this is the reason you are saying to apply H4 extension first . Am i correct?
