Spartan Posted October 2, 2015 Report Posted October 2, 2015 Former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq was on Friday appointed coach of Afghanistan ahead of the country's tour of Zimbabwe. The legendary Pakistan batsman has accepted a 25-day role to coach the Afghan team. Shafiq Stanikzai, the Afghanistan Cricket Board CEO, has indicated that Inzamam's contract can be extended for up to two years. "[The appointment is] currently for the Zimbabwe tour and then we will be having a few meetings in Zimbabwe. After that we will be deciding, on mutual agreement, for the longer term," Stanikzai told ESPNcricinfo.
