Oats with dry fruits&nut and honey/Wheat bread and honey with Banana/Cereals with milk in the morning 

 

Lunch: Quinoa or salad

Dinner: Chapathi/Quinoa tintunna.... no rice at all

bhayya try also chia seeds in ur juice drinks, or adding with quinoa--chala better results untay
