help me Contractor Escalation On Fte - Need Suggestion

I m contractor working for X company at client location
I am a devloper working at X company plant (client location)

A Full time employee operating frm India - who is manager is not following any standard operating process causing lot of damage to proj and rework especially to me (developer)

Can I escalate on this guy to customer who is also full time employee?
What precautions I need to take?

FYI - I have 45-50 emails as proof aganist that manager breaking all Standard operating procedures
