Recently a student of Telangana has committed suicide after recording a video by explaining his decision for the extreme step . Another student has attempted to commit suicide Telangana for the same reason. Pavan Kumar could not afford to pay 20,000 as his college fee and his apathetic college authorities couldn't care less for his constraints. This is second such incidence in the state but it seems the Chief Minister couldn't care less either. While he continues to spend in Crores, his people seems to have lost hope.
