Billing rates client 100$ isthadi.... prime vendor 25 pettukuntadu, 2nd vendor 10 pettukoni 65 isthadu, nee employer gad 20% pettukoni neck isthadu....so don't go for billing rates man... PeopleSoft technology may be dead...because no new developments coming from oracle... go for Oracle fusion or SAP OR Hadoop which are good now

Do u see Fusion coming into the market ever? Fusion as an Application? Fusion in the market as Middle-ware components.. SAP .. do u know what SAP clients are feeling now? SAP will be dead..SAP bought sucess factors.. 50% SAP content will be going to SuccessFactors.. Peoplesoft is easy to maintain and in USA more than 67% ERP market is with Peoplesoft. Fusion fantasy is gone.. Oracle has no plans to kill PeopleSoft any more.. still lot of new developments coming in to peoplesoft.. Billing rate ni andaru panchukovadam ekkadaina untadi.. compare to other technology ERP is better.. if you are not getting job means there is a problem in you.. OR your 5 years experience statement is fake.. Good luck with other technologies...
