Oka vendor Manager gadu from Nellore Off shore. Naku assignment contracting meeda ichadu develoment lo. This Feb. Dev lo from vendor side 3 FTE's and I am the only consultant. In Production 2 FTE's. Development Project was ending on July end. He called me in May and told that you need to leave by June end. I told him that project go live is July end. He told that we are moving the FTE from prod support(Prod support is Fixed bid, he want to make the Dev implementation money). I fought with him and left in June. The thing is that guy kept all the Coastal people in the project and I am the only Telanganite. Bhaiya dont think that People are from Chennai and they support only Tamilians. They are far far better than telugu people and this is coming from a Telugu person. That fellow got the green card last month and brought his wife into the Java project who doesnt know anything Bhaiya.
