He got the contract from the Government but he doesn't have money to start the business now. He approached us yesterday. He said that initial investment is around 40 L. Sand contract is 45 days. He wants 25% of profit from the business but he doesn't put any money on it. He said that profits will come 2 L per day. Really we don't know about this business. If you guys have any idea about this please let me know your thoughts? Is it a good business? suggestions please? Thanks in advance

As my knowledge i know below things 1. I want to manage a few people like S.I, Revenue officer 2. I want workers around 100 people (Shift wise workers) 3. I want 3 cranes (24/7) 4. If road needs then i need to put some money on it What else?
