As my knowledge i know below things 1. I want to manage a few people like S.I, Revenue officer 2. I want workers around 100 people (Shift wise workers) 3. I want 3 cranes (24/7) 4. If road needs then i need to put some money on it What else?how about tippers..u need them 24/7
