Currently I am working for Employer A. My H1 visa is going to expire on Nov ending. So Employer A Extension ki apply chesadu.

Eee Gap lo Employer B nunchi Manchi offer vachindi. Nenu Employer B deggara join avudam anukuntunna. Ippudu Employer B gadu naa H1 tranfer ki apply cheyyacha.

 

Or EMployer A apply chesina daaniki approval vache daka wait chesi Employer B gadini transfer pettamanatam better aaa??

It doesn't really matter which petition gets effective first or last as they are both H1B petitions. If both extension and transfer gets approved, you get to choose which employer to work for irrespective of their petition effective dates. But it would be good to inform employer B about your extension with A. If the extension is filed before you file for transfer, then your current employer's money is wasted.
